Submitted by Don Davis: Charlène Jézéquel on the French territory St. Pierre et Miquelon, spotted one monarch on August 4th near the east coast of Grande Miquelon at 47.0600, -56.26000. Another monarch was seen and photographed earlier on the isthmus between Grande Miquelon and Langlade 47.0000, -56.3536.
