one adult monarch arriving into our view above rooves of apartments at Oak Park at Reston on north side of New Dominion Pkwy. then flying up against taller wall of apartments at Midtown north and then rising tight to wall to disappear above fifth floor roof. trajectory due N to due S - an early migrant?
