I begin my Autumn count today. On my 1.5 mile walk to church
at 10:30 AM and back to my house by 12:30 PM, I saw a very gray faded winged monarch flying about a field. I then saw a very vivid orange winged monarch flying in directional flight heading south about 20' above the ground. The weather was 100% sunshine with the Wind brisk from the South at 16 mph. The Temperature was 76F.
