I saw 2 Monarch larvae on an A.asperula plant on the side of the road. I've been monitoring it, but this is the first time I've seen any Monarchs. Each larva had 2 sets of protuberances, not 3. We have had a lot of rain this summer which has made things green up. I'm not sure both photos uploaded? I have 2 cell phone photos.
