Photo 2 of 2 of two Monarchs this evening. This guy's seen some miles. Interesting behavior I hadn't seen: he really went after a spent Echinacea purpurea - flittered/struggled with it. Tried a few coneheads then gave up and just used for resting. Duked it out with another male, flying circles around each other.
