When we left for vacation at the beginning of August, we had not seen any evidence of Monarch visitation. Upon return, however, we saw 4 adults flying through the garden, large caterpillars on our Tropical, Georgia Native, & yellow flower milkweed. Before I could get a photo, the cats evidently left to form their chrysalises.
Yesterday I also gathered 4 eggs to place in a cage to insure safe development. If I find more eggs today, I'll photo those & send as well.
