This is second monarch being reported as a separate report for 8/24/2021 in the same location as first one. This is a different photo showing nectaring on horsetail milkweed. Unable to determine sex, but I did notice both monarchs flying together sometimes. When one turns of Hwy 180 onto 211, there is a small patch of A. subverticilla immediately to the right side of the road just north of the historical marker.
