I see multiple every day but chrysalis have been rare. Problems with wasps, lizards, and now praying mantis (could be worse) I've not seen many newly hatched Monarch butterfly but a few times I was surprised this summer. I tend to see more new hatched butterfly when the weather is colder but we had an early start to summer this year and the wasps were out early. One paper wasp can really wipe out a stable bush of caterpillars. But I am seeing the random adult everyday, sometimes 3 to 5 per day but on average 1 or 2 daily
