3 males were feeding and then faced the window and all flew from side to side. They have done this every year for about 10 years now and it has been my understanding that they are saying good bye. This probably sounds foolish but as in other years when I waved to them they all 3 flew off in the same direction and not on the separate routes back to their nests.
