I saw one monarch flying south at a good clip, following Rte. 1 and getting lift from the traffic.
Definitely going south. I think a lot of the current monarchs waited to leave after hunkering down for the hurricane.
I have seen monarchs almost every day this summer along seacoast NH.
I pray they did not get blown out to see all over the east coast from Hurricane Henri.
