It's been really interesting seeing the butterflys flying through the yard and resting on our trees. This is the first year I've seen this many!

They are still here, flitting in our pine trees, and in our pussy willow tree. I was estimating as I was watching them for hours outside and still can :) it’s a wonderful thing. We are not close to the lake but we do have a few hay folds and clover fields around us as well as corn. I’ve. Never seen this before and I’ve been here for 3 years, it’s so amazing to watch. It’s amazing to sit outside and see all the monarchs in the yard. It’s like a fairy tale! There was no wind and the temp has been high here untill today (25-30 f with high humidity rate making it feel like 35-40)
