Thirty monarchs in thirty minutes this evening at the Tip at Point Pelee. Too hot & humid to stay longer! They were fueling up on Goldenrod & Woodland Sunflowers. A few flitting about interior trees & settling on bare branches.
Sunny 30°c real feel 32. 91% humidity. SW wind @ 24/33 kmh
Most were male. Did see 1 female. All pristine.
