It is a crisp sunny morning. Last night temperatures dipped to 0C.
Leaves are starting to turn colours and on some poplars already dropping. Wild flowers are seeding. Chipmunks are rushing about gathering and do so late into the evening. Migration is underway and about 2 weeks earlier . Some birds stayed at the feeders all summer long.
