At 3:45 pm we had 3 monarchs in our backyard. They were nectaring on several butterfly bushes. I wasn’t able to photograph all 3 of them at once. The female in the photo was faded with tattered wings. Winds at the time were from the SSE at 12 mph. The temp was 75 and it was partly cloudy.
