Reported to me by trusted monarch spotter and twin sister (how more credible is that?) that she saw a Monarch at this point. Said Mille Lacs Lake is 3-4' down and never saw it this low. Northern Minnesota was in a severe drought. South central Minnesota which is where WE LIVE is inching back to normal (I hope) from recent rains.
