It has been a good fall for caterpillars. I have already released two monarch butterflies, one just this morning. I currently have 10 chrysalis and 9 caterpillars still eating. I have a vine that comes up in my flowerbeds that the monarchs lay eggs on every fall. Last year there weren’t as many. I have actually left a few caterpillars outside this fall.
