Number: 150

Rainy damp morning

[Additional information contributed by observer, added by Journey North, 09/16/21]: I was only able to visit this roosting location, that one time. It is a place visit when I hear the butterflies may be roosting. It is a regular yearly roosting location. --Looked at the picture and did an estimate --Nectaring source: Maybe goldenrod, though I did look for it and didn't see as much as in past years. --Tree species: pines, shielded on the north side of the trees from wind --Overnight temperatures and wind: 70-71 F, pretty still but damp and misty
