9-10am Report from my daughter who lives across from this field.
In Kingsville, south of Seacliff Drive & east of Cindy's Garden Centre is a large field of alfalfa (gets harvested for horses) 10+? acres. The field is covered with monarchs nectaring on the clover. (We observed this last year as well.)
Could be more or less than 1,000 but for sure hundreds.

More continued to arrive from the north into the afternoon.
Coldfront arriving this afternoon.
Sunny & 25°c with moderate SW wind.
