This was the first day that I haven't seen any adult males. Yesterday the three that have been here all season were here all morning. The last time I saw one of them was in the early afternoon. The one that guards the deck was chasing off all intruders and visiting the sugar water feeder in the early afternoon. By late afternoon two juveniles had taken over his territory.
