Currently have 165 larva, 15 chrysalises, and ~35 eggs on our wild milkweed in the backyard. We�ve never seen so many at once and so early in the migration. Larva and chrysalis are moved to our outdoor atrium once found. Interestingly enough, I usually have approx 1 in 10 larva with t.fly infections. So far, in 2021, I�ve only lost 2 caterpillars out of 180 to t.fly!

We have our butterfly tagging kit from Monarch Watch, and will begin tagging as they eclose.
