Monarch larva in a J-hook on an anise hyssop. Larva has been in a J-hook for at least 20 hours (noticed last night at 7:30pm). Checked at 12:40pm today, the larva was in a slightly tighter J. During most recent check at 3:30pm (photo), larva is still in j-hook and making what looks like a slight chewing movement.
