The Wind today was WNW at 9 mph, so I headed down to the Lake Huron shoreline at Harrisville State Park at 7 AM to see if there was a migration. It wasn't until 11:22 AM that I saw the first monarch high overhead flying south. By 2 PM, I counted 5 more for the day before thunderstorms moved through. Today was a bit cool at a high of 67F. I also met a couple of campers that saw 2 monarchs at their lot this morning.
