At about 1430 yesterday, I saw a monarch flying NE across the US 190 access road near Shortridge Automotive in Temple, Texas. I was driving, so I couldn't tell whether it was male or female and the sighting only lasted a few seconds.

You folks deserve the highest amount of praise for your efforts. Someone has to care for this planet.
