Beginnings of a tiny roost with 3 individuals. Tree next to this had 1 individual. Wind was howling down the bayside beach out of the NW. Saw maybe 6-8 more monarchs during the time we were there riding the wind down the coast. Observed small roosts in same general area around the same time last year.
