22°c mostly sunny with SW wind at 15/27kmh (Strong SW wind will remain for 2 days Sat & Sun with north wind briefly Mon morning.)
Overnight low 18°c
Upon arrival at Tip shuttle stop small clusters were already established in 2's, 3's 5's on Hackberry trees & Virginia Creeper vines. Had a count of about 30.
Monarchs still arriving from the north & west & flitting about.
Walked to Tip & observed about a dozen individually flitting about or roosting on Hackberry Trees.
7:15 returned north to shuttle stop where the clusters increased until 7:50 to clusters of 20's & 25's on cascading Virginia creeper & Grape vines & individuals on bare branches.
Left with monarchs still arriving from the west shoreline & flitting east to shuttle stop area.
Looking at photos all appeared pristine. Did observe one with V cut out of lower wing.
Observations with binoculars, camera & clicker.
