Was tagging monarchs near rotary park Near Lake Ontario. Tagged 23 and saw 101 more that were out of reach. This was in about a 2 hour period in an area of 600M x 200M. Sunny 24C with strong winds from South 40 km/hr. They were all nectaring none seen flying with purpose, just flower to flower.

This is the most I have seen this year, some yers we will see many hundreds in the same spot.
