Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 09/10/2021

Number: 1

My friends and I spotted one adult monarch in the state park's official butterfly meadow with trails. We did not have time to walk all the paths, so I bet there are more monarch butterflies about.

This meadow is filled with common milkweed in summer and is now a field of golden rod and asters.
