I went out on a 3 mile walk to 16 locations that I monitor, and observed 2 male monarchs at 2 of those locations between 1 PM and 3 PM. I was able to net and tag (ACWM-400, ACWM-401) both of them. I returned home and saw no monarchs in my flower gardens to 7 PM with a thunderstorm moving through for 15 minutes at 4 PM. The weather was mostly cloudy with the Wind SSW at 21 mph. The Dew Point was 68% with the Temperature topping out at 80F.
