While walking on the beach we witnessed many monarchs flying along the beach in roughly the same South West direction. They were flying over the sand and there was a slight wind. Later that afternoon we drove to Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise and saw many there as well. Kind of a constant flow of one or two here and there.
