I have gathered caterpillars on my Milkweed in different sizes and brought onto my back screened in porch still outside. My Milkweed was gone by now and they were hanging on the stalks with nothing to eat. I gathered Milkweed at a different field and placed it in jars and placed the caterpillars on the Milkweed.
