Noticed a small group of Monarchs gathering in our tree on evening of sept 13th. On morning of 14th, it appeared to be about 50, or so monarchs had 'roosted' (swarmed?) in the tree and were starting to leave. A few years ago, the tree was full of monarchs in September.....
