Monarch PEAK Migration
Sightings report image

Date: 09/15/2021

Number: 18

Released 13 within the last 4 days, tomorrow will be another 5. It might be helpful to leave this report here, instead of moving it to the captive reared page, as mine may be moving directly south, to areas northeast of Decatur (reports from Ivesdale and Bement). Ivesdale had a report of small monarchs and oh my God I did have some smaller ones this week. They rest a night on my pine trees, nectar for a day or so on Lantana and tropical milkweed, before leaving.
I have 30 cats, growing in leaps and bounds like Ive never seen before. believe it's the shortened daylight.
