I went on my 2 mile walk and counted 2 monarchs between 11:30 AM and 1 PM at one location of the 9 locations I monitor. I was able to net and tag a male (ACWM-407). I went home and saw no monarchs in my flower gardens to 5 PM. I decided to walk 1/2 mile to one of my favorite fields and was able to net and tag another male (ACWM-408) at 5:30 PM. I returned home and saw no monarchs to 7 PM. Weather was sunny with the Wind SSE-12 mph. The Temperature topped out at 75F.
