Discrete sightings of three individual adult monarch butterflies, each migrating in a southerly direction across a mile transect of northern Lake Wah-Wash-Kesh while trolling for walleye.

Sunny day with variable clouds, temperature in the 70's. Night time air temperatures have been in the low 50's (F).
