Goldenrod all along this area of busy road, we just barely missed accidently hitting a butterfly that looked like a large Monarch...even turned around to go back and try to save it but it was still dodging cars trying to get to the goldenrod. It was still there dodging cars, a hour later on our return trip home. On 09/17/21 passed same area no butterflies visible hopefully it moved on to safer places.
