2 of my Monarchs decided to mate and lay eggs... I guess I will do some experiments to see how long I can keep the eggs from hatching in the fridge and also stock up on milkweed before frost comes in 3 weeks. The other interesting observation is that of a spice bush swallowtail crawling up my kitchen window screen, pretty cool. I guess I will have another swallowotail overwintering in my garage, 2 years in a row.
