Two large beautiful Monarchs were dancing in the air near my milkweed patch (which is now very depleted). I did not see the spots to ID a male, but they were moving/flitting too much for me to be sure. They acted like they were together. No foliage available for egg laying, but they came close to me and flitted about. I have numerous small and large caterpillars on the milkweed stalks, and have several on the adjacent Arelia as J's/C's.
