Wind out of the east at 9 mph. Temp 78F. 8 of those counted were the half sized monarchs.

Counts are done by counting individual butterflies as they hang. We spot light them after sunset and they are much easier to find/see/count. The plants we have for them to nectar on are Mexican sunflower, aster, butterfly bush, lantana phlox.
