I took my 2 mile walk and saw 2 monarchs between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM. One was on a goldenrod plant in a small field, and the other one was flying about downtown. The wind changed direction, so I went to the beach at Harrisville State Park, and I saw one monarch high overhead at 2:45 PM heading south down the Lake Huron shoreline. It started to drizzle, so I went back to my house at 3:30 PM, and saw no monarchs in my gardens to 6:30 PM. Weather was very cloudy to overcast with drizzle most of the day. The Wind was SSW-15 mph to 12:30 PM, and then the Wind went to the NW at 8 mph. The Temperature was 70F., and then dropping to 63F. by night fall.
