Monarch larva on milkweed at Peninsula Point.
This milkweed plant was looking sad; it was tattered, and crowded, as the Monarch larva was sharing it with many flies, wasps, aphids, and maybe a spider. But it was busy munching away where it could.
Visited after 5:00 p.m. for about one hour and spotted zero adults.
