After the cool front's north-to south 15-20 mph winds, there's been a greater influx of 15 Ruby Throats pictured here, with only 3 males. More are on the other feeders, and of those, few are males. Out of the 28 total that we can count, we see only 5-6 adult males.
The winds are ideally strong, and are in the best direction to give them an extra lift to migrate now. The next few days will tell their travel plans.
