Migrating or wandering flock of robins: adult males, females, older juveniles. . . swooping about in the mature deciduous and conifer trees in our urban neighborhood in Seattle. Their colors quite pale. A few digging in the soil. A few singing sweet short little songs. First big flock I've seen this season, on the beginning of autumn! Wonderful to have them about.
