I missed most of the butterflies spotted on radar passing through OK from CO and Western Kansas Monday the 20th. The photo was taken at 7:50 am on Wed 9/22. Temperature was 53F. Tree is a black willow. There were other small roosts nearby, total number of butterflies I saw was about 50. I didn't have time to stick around to see how many departed.
