Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 09/22/2021

Number: 5

As I thought would happen a couple hummers moved on sometime today. Making our count of ruby throats at 5 today. Had a female or immature male make the last stop in the yard this evening and it drank nectar for about 5 minutes almost continuously. It left the nectar feeder at 7:26 extending the quitting time of the previous evening by about 5 minutes. The nice weather obviously was too big of a draw for the ones that left.
