I started out with 17 hummingbird feeders 3 weeks ago. About time the number hummingbirds we're unable to be counted so many of them just within the last week and a half the numbers are way down as of the 22nd and 23rd I have about four 2 or males and two or three are females males very aggressive I've lowered my numbers to 5 feeders last year here in southern Minnesota I recorded my last female hummingbird September 28th I keep my fingers up till Halloween but this is the most hummingbirds I've seen probably the last 5-6 years of feeding them religiously. I have numerous bird feeders around my property that I maintain all year round and three ground feeders for the critters.
