I have a small pollinator garden and for the last three weeks there have been Monarch butterflies on the milkweed and on the Butterfly bush. Two weeks ago I found a large Monarch caterpillar and I put it in my butterfly cage - It hatched out three days ago - it was a male. I believe it is one of the three I have seen in the garden - today’s was a female. my daughter lives one block from me and she also has lots of flowers and some of them milkweed, and I saw a big female there today. The photo is the one that hatched three days ago - it would not allow me to upload a second photo.
