Sightings report image

Date: 09/28/2021

Number: 1

A juvenile male Ruby Throat guards his nectar by physically enlarging his physique without having to pursue chase. Light rains, 78 degree temperatures and 3 mph breezes have been ideal for an influx of more migrants, with as many as 18-22 hummers which are flocking to the feeders, along with Cuphea, Lantana, blue Porterweed and Firespike plants.
