A single Monarch adult in my backyard, flying. My milkweed is now all just stems or cut back. Only a few tiny new leaves sprouting on previously decimated plants in the flowerbed. I have about 20 chrysalides in my Arelia shrub, all from my earlier milkweed patch, now cut to the ground.
