The first graders at the Henderson k 12 Inclusion School in Room 3 sent their 23 Symbolic Monarchs to Mexico. Currently, the students are watching 2 chrysalids as they will be emerging Monarch butterflies ready to join the real Monarch migration to Mexico. The students in room 3 raised these from collected in the wild, egg, and caterpillar and have been watching their growth and development. Expected day of emerging is Oct. 4th.
