66 individuals counted tonight. 2 were seen in a maple tree, 2 in an oak tree, and the rest were in the pine trees that make up our windbreak. Temp 76F, wind out of the southeast at 8 mph. Nectar sources still available are lantana, butterfly bush, asters, phlox, mexican sunflowers. Last nights roost took off starting at 9:00 a.m. this morning and were all gone by 10:15. They flew in a west/southwest trajectory.
